With this Diving Baptism experience discover the beautiful coast and underwater world of Serra da Arrábida! Marine Reserve Natural Park near Lisbon.
You have the amazing opportunity to discover the Portuguese coast from a different perspective. The friendly and highly-qualified team will guide you through your scuba-diving initiation! And what better place to try scuba diving than at the gorgeous Creiro beach in Professor Luiz Saldanha Marine Park!
Workshop + baptism made in the Reserve Marine in the Natural Park carried out from the beach. It consists of two dives: dive adaptation, up to 1,5m deep, followed by a dive trip up to 5m deep. Always accompanied by a certified divemaster/instructor, this is the best way to experience the underwater world.
Located about 50 km south from the Portuguese capital, the Marine Park is the home to a big amount of different species. In fact, you will have the opportunity to dive with more than 1000 species, some of which you can hardly find anywhere else!

This tour was definitely a highlight of our trip. I did the highest jump of my life! We started gradually and were explained where it is safe to jump from and so I was able to overcome my fear. Definitely recommended!

A must do activity if your in Lisbon. So much fun with the team. The host were very helpful. Three hours of adventure and total fun. Worth every minute we were there! Kudos to the team.

I think this is the craziest thing I've ever done. I have a desk job... so that's not hard... but the teamw as experienced and empathetic and fun. I think this is my favorite thing I've ever done on a vacation... beautiful views... adrenaline rushes... just do it. Don't think. Just go. You won't regret it. By the way... this was also the advice of the guide while I stared down considering my life choices and fear of heights... he was right. I didn't regret it. :)

We had a excellent climbing expeirence with our three guides on 10th August 2019. 2 of us already had plenty climbing expeirence whereas the other 3 in our group were more beginners. Our 3 guides were super prepared for mixed ability and had prepared 5 top ropes and had quick draws for us to also do sport routes. Excellent guides, great banter, would highly recommend! Thank you so much to all of you 😊
