Need to know before you go

No previous experience is required.
Standard fitness level.
Basic swimming skills. Nevertheless, you will wear a life vest to float in the water.
Minimum age: 6 years old.
What to bring:
-Daypack, swimwear, towel, pair of sport shoes or sandals to wear in the kayak, sunscreen, sun hat, sports sunglasses, personal medication, and dry casual/sports wear and shoes/flip flops to change after the activity.
-Water and light snacks/energy bars.
-You can take things in the kayaks (e.g. waterproof camera would be a good idea). Not recommended to take too much in the day trip (as there is really no need for it).
-Don´t bring non-waterproof watches.
Cancellation
Your booking will become valid after we receive your payment and send you a confirmation voucher.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with 100% reimbursement. There is no reimbursement for later cancellations.
In case of cancellation from our side due to bad weather, we will return your payment in full.

We had a fantastic time on the trip! Gabriel provided very clear instructions and our guide, Charlie, was great. He is an expert in canyoning and made sure that our whole family had fun (wife, daughter (13), son (16), and me). This trip will provide memories that we’ll keep forever!

The ballon flight was a fantastic experience which we thoroughly enjoyed.The tranpotation arrangements from Madrid were excellent. The staff was very ooperative and we enjoyed Daniel's (the pilot) explanations. One recommendation - please supply the participants with a helmet for the landing. Thank you Yaakov Straus

We had a lovely tour. Our guide was knowledgeable about Madrid and we saw some interesting places. He also gave us tips on other places to visit on our stay. We went places we wouldn’t have seen so would definitely recommend.
