What do I need to bring:

We can pick you up in your accommodation from capital city area, any harbor located in Helsinki or from the airport. Our guide will be arriving in our very own Taiga Times minibus (Silver Ford Tourneo) waiting to greet you! The guide will always be there 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Cancellation
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 2 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled 7 days or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 10% if booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the event

This one-of-a-kind day tour from Helsinki takes you on a leisurely hike through a national park, a barbeque lunch by a lake and an afternoon stroll through Porvoo's lovely old town are included.
A visit to a national park, in our opinion, is a must when visiting Finland. We have a trained wilderness guide who will prepare your lunch over a campfire and provide you with many intriguing information about Finnish nature and culture . You'll have plenty of opportunities to take photos, explore the forest and lake, and eat lunch while visiting the national park.
Take advantage of the best of both worlds! You will continue your journey in the magnificent old town of Porvoo after a refreshing taste of nature. It's a colorful and charming town with cobblestone streets. You'll see the 13th-century Porvoo Cathedral, stroll through the idyllic town square and handicraft market, stop by Porvoo's famed chocolate shop, and snap photos from the picture-perfect bridge overlooking the old town and river.
Because this is a personalized tour, you have complete control over the finer points. To make the most of your day, we recommend starting the tour at 10 a.m., but the start time, as well as food preferences and drop-off locations, are all customizable.
You will not only learn about Finnish culture, but you'll also experience it - from our famous smoked salmon soup served by the lake to the wonderful history of old Porvoo.
