Need to know before you go
- Driving a snowmobile Each person driving a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving license (B). Please remember to take your driving license with you. Finnish law prohibits driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any other intoxicating drug.
- Two persons per snowmobile. For groups of 3 persons or other odd number of people, we highly recommend purchasing one single driver supplement.
- Snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability is max. 990 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. Payment is to be paid at the spot in Aurora eMotion’s safari house by cash or credit card.
- Children Child prices apply to children aged 4-14 years. In snowmobile programs children less than 140 cm travel in a sleigh pulled by a guide. Children over 140 cm are allowed to sit on the snowmobile as passengers when paying the adult price.
- Snowmobile driver is held liable for any damages caused to the vehicle. Personal self-liability is max. 990 €/person/snowmobile/case of accident. Payment is to be paid at the spot in Aurora eMotion’s safari house by cash or credit card.
- If the weather is -20C or below, Aurora eMotion reserves the right to transfer the children to venues by car in our eSled safaris.
- Aurora eMotion doesn't recommend use of the snowmobile or sledge pulled by the snowmobile for pregnant women.
Cancellation
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 100% if booking is cancelled 1 day or less before the event
- We will charge a cancellation fee of 5% if booking is cancelled 365 days or less before the event

The electric snowmobile is simple to operate and allows you to appreciate nature in complete peace!
We'll ride our eSleds to the top of a hill, far away from the city lights, to catch a glimpse of the Northern Lights. We'll take a break to appreciate the night sky and stars, and if we're lucky, we might see the northern lights. If guests want to take pictures, the guide is pleased to assist them with camera settings. Later, we will warm up by the fire in a private hunting cabin and enjoy a Finnish-style grilling during our stop.
The eSled - electric snowmobile is a unique new method to enjoy the beauty of the Arctic without disrupting nature's tranquility. Come and experience the first of its kind electric snowmobile safaris, a sustainable means of exploring Lappish nature's purity and silence.
