With this tour, you will be sure to see the best places in Oaxaca State. You will start with seeing Santa Maria el Tule, a place of one of the most beautiful natural beauties, including the giant tree (The Tule Tree), with a height of 40 meters and a diameter of more than 50 meters. It is said that it's more than 2000 years old, which would make it one of the biggest and oldest living things in the world. After that, you will make a stop in the small town of Teotitlan del Valle, famous for its homemade textiles. One of the highlights of this tour is visiting Mitla, which in Nahuatl means Place of the Dead. Mitla used to be a ceremonial center of the Zapotecs and these days it's famous for its outstanding mosaics on its walls. The best for part is saved for the last moments, there will be an amazing excursion with an adventurous ride to Teotitlan, where the famous wool rugs are dyed with natural pigments such as cochineal grana and made by hand by artisan families.
