Need to know before you go
There is a minimum of 2 people per table required for reservation. We can guarantee a private table for at least 4 people.
Check-in is at the pier 5 under the Cechuv bridge. Please have a look at the map to make sure to arrive at the right place.
We kindly ask you to arrive 30 minutes before the start of the cruise.
The latest check-out is 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.
In case of late arrival, customer´s participation in the cruise cannot be guaranteed, because any delay of the boat's departure might cause missing the opening times of the lock-chambers.
Customers are not entitled to a refund in case of late arrival.
Children younger than 3 ride for free.
Cancellation
Your booking will become valid after we receive your payment and send you a confirmation email.
Cancellations can be done up to 24 hours before the trip with 100% reimbursement.
For later cancellations, there is no compensation. On rare occasions, the tour may need to be postponed due to bad weather. In these circumstances, we will offer you alternative dates or we will refund you 100% of the paid amount.

The cruise was lovely, the staff were very welcoming and attentive, the boat was great, panoramic windows, lovely mood lighting, very good entertainment. We had a double bass, banjo player and trumpet. The cruise itself was good to see Prague at night and we got some fab photos. Only reason not 5 star review is although the food tasted really good, and there was a great selection, the "hot" buffet, was no where near "hot" unfortunately, and the windows of the boat could do with a clean, although if you go out the back of the boat, you have opportunity for photos.

The Dinner Cruise was great. We had the window seat and enjoyed the view of the Charles Bridge, the Prague Castle, the National Theater etc. from the river. The dinner buffet was also very good and we were satisfied with the service and live music. It was a special evening in Prague which I can recommend not only to tourists but also to people living in the Czech Republic:-)
