Water makes its mark on the north end of Gran Canaria from thriving plant life to crashing waves. Wander through lush canyons and along pristine beaches to photograph the islands magnificent natural forces. Begin your photography journey or learn new skills on this diverse island.
Your lesson begins when the instructor picks you up from your accommodation. Learn from and discuss your photo with a professional with over 20 years of experience in the art.
The drive brings you to the strikingly green area of Los Tilos de Moya. This large natural reserve houses dense forests of laurel trees, some older than 100 years. Walk among the sloping hillsides and sharpen your nature photography eye.
Next, explore the Agaete Valley and the town of the same name nestled in the between the high valleys. The rocks of these valleys are up to 14 million years old; the town, however, is a bit younger. Meander through the white-washed buildings and work on crafting your compositions with your instructor.
For a change in scenery, head to the black sand and pebbles of the Guayedra beach. Just behind the beach, a towering ravine of the same name spills out into the ocean. This jagged walls of this rocky gorge create a powerful contrast to the flat, bright blue surface of the water.
Focus your lens on the gorgeous nature of Gran Canaria from land to sea. Strengthen your skills as a photography as you explore an island of dramatic features just begging for a photo shoot.
Need to know before you go
This lesson is available one on one, or for groups as large as 4.
You may bring your child/children to walk with you, or he or she can participate in the lesson.

You may choose the time of your tour. However, early morning and sunset hours are recommended for their spectacular natural light.
Please wear athletic shoes, layers for the change in elevation, and your fully charged camera with memory card.
If using an analog camera, please bring extra rolls of film with you.
Participants should have a decent level of fitness.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with 100% reimbursement. There is no reimbursement for later cancellations.
In case of cancellation from our side due to bad weather, we will return your payment in full.
