In the middle of the Tenerife’s untouched nature, run through the many beautiful trails and enjoy breathing in fresh island air. The vegetation, unique wildlife, and volcanic mountains compose a fantastic combination of colors, sounds, scents, and shapes. With a landscape this spectacular, this trail running adventure is for the true nature lover.
You can choose between four different places and days to do your training: on Tuesdays, run La Caldera; on Wednesdays, Teide National Park; On Friday, La Esperanza; and on Saturday, Anaga. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or training for your next ultramarathon. The session follows your experience and fitness level.
The program starts between 8:00 and 10:00 a.m., depending on where you are staying on the island. We pick you up from your hotel and drive you to the meeting point, according to the chosen trail and day.
Along the way, your knowledgeable and friendly guide takes photos and videos of you in action. You will have access to this material free of charge. You can also count on snacks and beverage all along the way. You only have to enjoy your day to the fullest.

La Caldera (Tuesday)
Breath in the fresh air and enjoy the scenery of this thick pine forest. The trails are varied enough to challenge all levels of runners with terrific views of La Orotava valley down below and Mountain Teide on the horizon.
Teide National Park (Wednesday)
The trails crisscrossing in Teide National Park are a real treat for runners to explore. The volcanic landscape comprised of rock formations is so bizarre that you could think you’re running on the moon. The high altitude combined with heat and humidity makes it a perfect run for anyone looking for a bit of a challenge.
La Esperanza (Friday)
Gateway to the largest forest of Tenerife, La Esperanza impress with green pines, cypresses, and eucalyptus trees, some of which soar as high as 40 m (130 ft). The forest paths occasionally open up to natural viewpoints, giving the area its well-deserved reputation as the favorite among hikers and runners from near and far.
Be mesmerized by the natural beauty of magical Anaga. This forest in the north of the island offers naturally varied terrain while sheltering diverse species of trees, reptiles, and birds. Run high into the magical fog surrounding the trees..
Need to know before you go
At least 2 participants are required for a scheduled tour. Tours with less than 2 people may be canceled.
We run La Caldera on Tuesdays; Teide National Park, on Wednesdays; La Esperanza, on Friday; and Anaga, on Saturday.
Pickup time is around 8:00-10:00 a.m., depending on your accommodation. The exact time will be confirmed before the activity.

Minimum age to participate is 14 years old.
Wear comfortable sports clothing and proper running shoes
Sunglasses and sunblock are also recommended.
Depending on weather conditions and the location, warm and light-weight running clothes may be required.
Your booking will become valid after we receive your payment and send you a confirmation email.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with 100% reimbursement.
There is no reimbursement for later cancellations. In case of cancellation from our side due to bad weather, we will return your payment in full.
