Barcelona E-Bike Tour of Montjuic
Duration: Part day (3 hours) Difficulty: Super Easy
Why we love this tour
Discover Barcelona’s historic hill with electric bikes. With rich views and endless cultural highlights, this tour is a gem like Montjuic itself.
- Tour a unique side of Barcelona
- Easy-going and fun electric biking
- Breathtaking panoramic views of the city and coast
- Rich culture and history
- Notable venues such as the Olympic stadium
The hill of Montjuic is Barcelona’s cultural and historical treasure. Covering the whole area by e-bike offers a new dimension to discovering the city.
We start our tour on state-of-the art electric bikes usually in the afternoon. The electric support helps us climb the 173-meter hill for a fresh perspective. However, the bike doesn’t do all the work! As you still have to pedal, the tour keeps you moving. Your reward is extraordinary sights over the city and the Port of Barcelona.
We cruise to castles, fortresses, green parks and gardens, and the Olympic stadium. En route, we also see the Christopher Columbus Monument, the Drassans, the Para-lel, the Plaça d’Espanya, Cactus Gardens, and much more.
As we cruise during the 3-hour tour, the guide covers the extensive history and culture of the hill. Serving as a fort from the 17th-19th centuries, Montjuic is full of politics, battle stories, and noteworthy architecture. With so many highlights to cover, it’s no wonder we need an e-bike!
A popular first-choice for visitors, both the knowledge and the views from this e-bike trip show you the capital of Catalonia in a new light. The tour is one of our gems, just like Montjuic itself.
