Need to know before you go
The lesson is limited to 4 people.
Minimum age is 10 years old.
Class start times are 11:00 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 2:00 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.
The start times are flexible. If you need to schedule a different time, please let us know.

Please bring a swimsuit, towel, sunscreen and a smile.
Previous experience is not necessary, but you should have a decent level of physical fitness.
Ability to swim is essential.
Cancellation
Your booking will become valid after we receive your payment and send you a confirmation voucher.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance with 100% reimbursement.
There is no reimbursement for later cancellations. In case of cancellation from our side due to bad weather, we will return your payment in full.

With the right mix of relaxation and fun activity, it's no surprise standup paddleboarding (SUP) has become an incredibly popular sport in recent years. Discover the appeal of this sport yourself and learn the techniques in this beginner class to get you cruising along the blue waters of Lanzarote.
With a convenient pickup from your accommodation, you are driven right to a gorgeous beach in the town of Puerto del Carmen to start your lesson. Starting on the sand, your instructor (and certified lifeguard) teaches you the necessary theory and techniques to get you started. Once you’re comfortable, the water is yours to explore.
Your guide leads you along the water as you admire both the unique landscape and incredible sea life. The rolling massifs and plains of the island create picturesque views of orange rock set against blue skies. With the water's incredible visibility, pear down below to see what kind of species are bustling along the seafloor. With the breeze flowing past and the sun shining down, paddling through the water is the most calming watersport there is. After one and a half hours on the board, you may walk away with a new favorite hobby.
With SUP you can admire nature, discover Lanzarote, and work on your fitness all in one. It’s perfectly “balanced.”
